JHorse Outdoor Stable & Shelter Systems are designed to deliver practical, long-lasting protection for horses in open environments. From fixed shelters to portable barns, our structures accommodate year-round pasture use, training facilities, and breeding farms. With galvanized steel frames, customizable infills, and flexible roof systems, they offer both durability and equine comfort—anywhere outdoors.
Flexible Roofing Construction & Structure Options
JHorse supports two main roof systems: column-based and bracket-supported roofs. Roof frames can be tailored using rectangular tubing or C-channel steel, while coverings include durable color steel sheets or translucent polyester roofing.
Standard upright columns are 80×80mm square tubes, and roof eaves are commonly set at 2.4m or 2.8m height, with higher custom options available.
Common stall sizes include 3m, 3.5m, 3.6m, and 4m widths. All components are modular for seamless combinations into multiple-room outdoor barns.
